TrainQ provides adaptive training plans and analysis. The service is currently in Beta. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

TrainQ is not a medical device. You should consult with a physician before starting any fitness program. Use of TrainQ is at your own risk.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrainQ Inc.
